Coconut Burfi

Coconut Burfi

Preparation: 5 min.
Cooking: 2 min.  
Serves 8 

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut powder (desiccated coconut)
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk (milkmaid) 
  • a few drops pink color

METHOD
  1. In a flat dish spread coconut powder and microwave for 2 min to dry roast the coconut.
  2. Add milkmaid. Mix well. Divide into two parts. To one part add color. 
  3. Spread white part in the tin. Top with the pink part.
  4. Decorate with silver sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into pieces for serving.
